Amanda Nickerson's Fundraier

I am a follower of Amanda Nickerson’s blog “ One Extra Degree”. Amanda Nickerson is doing a fabulous fundraiser for Compassion International to help provide water filtration systems in developing countries.  She asked a few of her “bloggy” buddies to donate and they did.  She is offering a HUGE bundle of teaching resources in exchange for your donation to "Water of Life".  For only $25.00 you get some amazing, wonderful products. All profits will go towards filtration systems in Africa, Asia, or Latin America.

Christmas Fluency Word Race

Wow! I can't believe it is December 3rd and 79 degrees....only in Texas. I want some cold weather.

I made  2 Christmas Fluency Word Race games using some of our word wall words and Fry's Phrases. It is a great game to have in a center. This game has really helped my students build their automaticity of words. If you want a copy you can click here.
